Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, so no refund is required if you decide not to continue. Simply let the trial lapse or tell us you do not wish to subscribe.

2. Refunds on paid subscriptions

• You may request a full refund of your subscription fee within 7 days of the payment (whether the first payment or a renewal).
• After 7 days from the payment date, that payment is non-refundable, and the subscription continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, though the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

3. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at jaimin@dataproconsult.com (self-service cancellation may also be available within the Service).
• On cancellation, your subscription will not renew for the next period. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
• Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund of an existing payment, except within the 7-day window described in Section 2.

4. How to request a refund

Email jaimin@dataproconsult.com from the email address associated with your account, with your organisation name and the payment details. We will confirm eligibility and process qualifying refunds promptly.

5. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or a material breach of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
